These terms cover this website and its waitlist. Serhii Kucherenko, an individual developer in Vancouver, Canada, runs them.

The app

The Terminus app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard license of the App Store. Terminus has no license of its own.

The app is free. It has no purchases and no subscriptions.

The waitlist

Joining is free. It puts your email on a list of people who want to hear when Terminus, an iPhone app, is ready to try. It is not a purchase and not a promise that Terminus launches, or launches on a given date.

What the page shows

The cards, scores and dates on this page are examples of what the app is meant to do. The app may change before it launches.

Services we use

The page runs on Cloudflare. PostHog keeps the waitlist and counts visits. Meta hears when one of its ads brings someone to the list. The Privacy Policy says what each one gets.

Names we mention

Quizlet and Anki, named in the optional question, belong to their owners. Terminus is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, either of them.

Leaving

You can leave the waitlist at any time: write to us at the address under Contact, or use the link to leave in the email we send when you can try Terminus.
